REGISTRATION FEES (VAT 22% INCLUDED)

• Physician € 300,00 before 10/10 2024, after 10/10 € 350,00

• Physician AICEF, AICPE, SICPRE € 250,00 before 10/10 2024, after 10/10 € 300,00

• Resident € 90,00 before 10/10 2024, after 10/10 € 120,00

CONFIRMATION

Upon receipt of the completed registration form and the required payment, a written confirmation and an invoice will be sent by e-mail. For any queries regarding registration please write to mail@eurotraining.it.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be notified in writing by email (mail@eurotraining.it) to the Organizing Secretariat.

Cancellation received before 10 October 2024 are entitled to full refund less 20% administrative fees.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 10 October 2024. All refunds will be made after the conference.
